At Khan Studio, we take great care in packing our products so that they reach you safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving it. We’ll take care of it right away.
Returns
We understand that sometimes our products might not fit perfectly into your home. If that happens, we offer returns up to 7 days after delivery. To make things easier, please let us know which items you want to return. If you’re returning just part of your order, only hand over the returned items to the pickup agent.
- Free Returns: We’ll pick up the product(s) from your doorstep at no cost to you. Once we collect the items, we’ll issue a store credit for the value of the returned items, which you can use for future purchases on our website. Please note that shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. If you cancel a COD order at the door, we may deny free returns in the future.
- Repeated Returns: If multiple returns are made from the same account, we reserve the right to either deny the return or charge for it.
Return Conditions
We ask that the returned items are in their original packaging and unused, just like when you received them. Please also include any original papers or receipts that came with the product.
Serviceability of Returns
In some rare cases, the return service might not be available in certain locations (pincode). If that happens, we’ll only be able to arrange the pickup once the area becomes serviceable again.
Missing or Damaged Products
We ship thousands of orders daily, and cases of missing or tampered products are extremely rare. If you suspect your package has been damaged or tampered with, please contact us via email or WhatsApp immediately and record a video before opening the box. If you receive a delivery notification but haven’t received your order, please get in touch with us within 24 hours.
Shipping Delays
Khan Studio uses third-party courier services and is not responsible for shipping delays. We provide estimated delivery times, and we do our best to ensure that your products arrive as quickly as possible. If you need a time-sensitive order, please reach out to our customer support team to get more information.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or altered after 4 hours. If it’s already packed or shipped, it will be treated as a return if not accepted. For COD orders, we may deny future orders if cancellations are made at the door. For prepaid orders, a 2-way shipping charge may apply.

Return Approval
All return requests must be approved before being processed. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp, and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours with an approval or further instructions.
Online Orders Only
Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned at physical stores.
Store Credit/Voucher
Once your return is received and passes our quality check, we’ll issue you a store credit or voucher, which you can use for your next purchase. You can redeem it at any time within 3 months.
Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve all disputes amicably because we want you to love your home decor! If a dispute remains unresolved, the jurisdiction for the dispute will be Kolkata, India.
Handmade Products
Our artisanal and handmade products may have slight variations in texture, color, or size. These differences are not defects but are what make each piece unique. We hope you embrace the individuality of these handcrafted items!
Bulk/Customized Orders
For bulk or customized orders, this return policy may not apply. Returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Repeated Returns
Khan Studio reserves the right to deny repeated returns for the same order.
